How to build monster traps and shoulders

What’s up y’all,

Mike Chang checking in with another hardcore sixpackshortcuts episode. Today I’m going take you through a MONSTER traps workout. This workout is great for building a massive, muscular looking upper body. And you are guaranteed to stand out from the crowd once you have huge traps.

So lets get it on.

Workout breakdown:

Heavy shrugs: With heavy shrugs, you can either use dumbbells or a barbell. Make sure to use a very heavy weight that you can only do for a maximum of 10 reps

Side laterals to ceiling: Make sure you lock your arms with this lateral movement. Squeeze your traps as you raise the weight up and make sure you use strict form the entire way through.
