Today’s INTENSITY WEEK video is a CRAZY fat loss workout you can do to burn tons of calories in just one minute.

Challenge breakdown,

Do as many burpees as you can in one minute.

**Rules to the Six Pack Shortcuts’ burpee challenge:

-Have two guys at the same fitness level and see who can do the most burpees in a one minute timed event.

-Winner gets $100 cash

And if you want to compete at home, set up your own prizes, competitors and go with all out intensity. Record yourself for one minute and send it in as a response. Let’s see if you could beat the guys here.
