0:47 **Healthy way of eating for size:

The healthy to pack on size is by eating 5 – 6 meals a day that is loaded with a lot of proteins, and with limited carbs.

Here are some healthy proteins you can use:

– Tilapia: Very high in proteins and very low in fat.
– Lean beef: Great for packing on muscle and size.

Eric pretty much just eats everything in sight, but check out the video to find out the whole foods he enjoys eating to pack on size. Well, I thought it was funny. 🙂

Here’s one weird tip that these guys told me, “Drink a gallon of chocolate milk a day”. This would ensure you to pack on enormous size and strength. Wow.

2:24 **Final and most important tip: You have to lift and train hard. It doesn’t matter what diet you’re on, if you’re not lifting you’re not going to build muscle.
