Build a ripped V-Shaped upper body FAST:
What’s up guys, It’s Mike and today I’m going to show you my cannonball shoulder Workout. This workout will help you build that sought after V-Shaped upper body that will grab you all the attention when your shirt comes up.
**4 exercises combined to form 2 super-sets
**The complete workout includes 4 sets for each super-set // 8-10 reps per set.
0:12 Military press super-set with upright rows – This super-set will focus on building mass on your front deltoids and developing the traps also.
0:32 Driver super-set with underhand military press – This super-set will focus on building muscle mass on the side deltoids and also will help get your shoulders ripped by bringing out more definition.
