How To Eat Carbs And Still Have A Six Pack

Video

Description

Get abs eating tasty food.

What’s up,

It’s Mike Chang and today I want to talk about carbs. I want to talk about how many carbs you actually need in a day, so you can make sure you’re not eating too many of them. Knowing this information will bring you one step closer to having the six pack abs you’ve always wanted.

Video breakdown:

0:15 I recommend that you think about carbs being in a tank on your body. You don’t want to keep it full and you don’t want to overflow it.

*0:35 Carbs turn into sugar faster than protein does and those carbs will eventually become fat.

1:03 Keep your carb tank at half or a quarter full. I do it by eating carbs twice a day. The best time to do each them is after a workout.

1:50 And the rest of the day is low in carbs. I would say maybe 15 grams of carbs per meal.

2:24 I carb up at night again at night when my tank is close to empty.

3:00 Don’t overdo it, but about two cups of brown rice is great at night. Any healthy carbs are good.

3:45 Then I wake up the next day close to empty again, but remember those carbs are in your muscles now. Now you let the carbs work.

4:28 When you cut out carbs completely you will be drained throughout the day and if you eat a lot of carbs, you are going to gain a ton of weight in a matter of time.

5:16 When you hit a wall with fat loss while you’re eating clean, you want to cycle on your carbs and do something like what I did.

*5:58 Your body is not always going to run on carbs, it also runs on fat. Just think about the cave man… they lived on mostly meat!

Conclusion: So what I really want you to understand is: if you are a beginner, then jogging is a great way to go ahead and become active. It is something easy that you can do anywhere and it can wake your body up and get it ready to get in shape.
