Six Pack Shortcuts here–Welcome to Flex Friday!

My name is Clark Shao, personal trainer, fat loss specialist, and Mike Chang’s long time personal friend.

We all know Mike has a six pack, but every now and then when he needs some special advice to get extra lean, well I’m the guy he goes to.

So he invited me out here today to share a special workout with you guys, and this is something that you can anywhere. This is kind of a finishing exercise, so we do this at the end of very workout, and I’m telling you–it burns the fat off, good!

So today, what we’re going to do is called the Mike 100s. And I call it the Mike 100s, well because he kind of invented it.

A lot of people come to me for advice. I like to give them this workout that we are about to do today.

Workout Breakdown:

100 Reps
– Burpees
– Mountain Climbers
– Squats
– 3 Sets of 10 X3
– +10 Additional Burpees.

You can do this anywhere. You can do this on your way to work, before you go to school, after your workout..anywhere, even on vacation.

Before we start, I want to remind you to progress pictures! This will allow you to keep up with your own fitness journey.

Now, let’s get started!

Last Round!

2:55 – Set Three – 10 Burpees

3:14 – Set Three – 10 Mountain Climbers

Phew, man that was a tough workout! You can do this every day. This is the fast road to a six pack. About 2 minutes! You Can do this anywhere!

Hey guys. I didn’t always have the six pack abs that I do now. I used to have a pudgy belly. Girls used to pinch it and make fun of me, no joke. I used to try to run the track and do crunches, but nothing seemed to work. My belly just did not go away. Then I met Mike. Mike was looking to get fit as well, so we started working out together.
