Remember that legs are a very important muscle group to hit weekly, and working them out regularly will get you one step closer to having the body you’ve always wanted.

Workout Breakdown:

8 Rounds/ 5 Exercises/ 10 Reps Each/ Minimum Rest

*I’m using dumbbells, but you can use anything to add weight.
