In today’s video we’re going to be working out my favorite muscle. Yup you guessed it… it’s chest day! Today I’m going to show you how to make your chest grow, so you can get a strong chest fast. Exercises like this will help you get one step closer to the ripped, muscular body you’ve always wanted.

Workout breakdown:

3 Supersets (6 Exercises) / 6-8 Reps Per Exercise/ 5 Sets

Warm Up

Bench Press/ Wide Grip Bench Press

Incline Dumbbell Press/ Incline Dumbbell Flys

Cable Flys / Cable Flys (lighter weight/straighter arms)

How does I know it really works?
