It’s Mike with Sixpack Shortcuts and today we’re going to be hitting some chest. Today I’ve got a workout that you can do from home with your dumbbells and for this routine we’ll be using a neutral grip. This will target your muscles a little differently to give you fuller pecks. So pay attention to this routine, write it down or follow along with me because it’s exercises like this one here today that will give you that advantage over others and get you well on your way to having the body of your dreams!

Workout Breakdown:
0:19 When most guys grab dumbbells they use an over hand grip, there’s nothing wrong with this, I’ve done it this way for many years… but if you keep doing it the same way your muscles will get used to doing it that way. You need to change it up, like we’ll be doing today, so that you can work a different part of your chest and get a fuller look.

4 Exercises / 30 Second Reps / 5 Rounds of all 5 Exercises / 30 Second Rest Time

#1) Incline Dumbbell Press
#2) Flat Dumbbell Press
#3) Incline Dumbbell Flys
#4) Push Ups – with a 3 Second Negative and a 2 Second Pause

There you go guys, it’s your home dumbbell chest workout for today! If you haven’t hit chest in a while now is the time to do it, and do it using this neutral grip method. It will feel different and you may even have to go down in weight from what you’re used to… and that’s to be expected because you’re working slightly different part of your chest. And that’s why it will fill out your chest and give it that fuller, more pumped up look.
