3 Exercises/ 4 Rounds/ Reps:10 each side, 10, 10 each side/ No Rest
0:28 Cross Body Crunch: this targets the side abs. Laying on your back, do a crunch across your body and squeeze your obliques.
1:20 Hanging Leg Raises With A Kick: so you are going to grab a pull up bar, bring your knees up to a 90 degree angle and kick out.
1:56 Side Cable Crunch: grab the cable, and crunch to the side. You are going out a different angle with this move, so make sure you check out the video to learn the proper form.
