200 Rep Abs & Cardio Workout
Get shredded ridiculously fast. Here’s how:
Mike here and today me and my buddy are going to do a crazy core and cardio workout. You want to finish this as fast as you can, so let’s get ripped six pack abs and shed a ton of fat with this routine. Let’s do it!
0:17 Ten high knees with a burpee and we are going to repeat that ten times, so that is 100 reps.
0:28 Ten knee to elbow planks with a a push up. Do this ten times and that is 100 reps.
**Remember, rest if you need to, but get through this as fast as possible.
