It’s Mike Chang with Sixpackshortscuts, and i’m back more secrets to getting six-pack abs.

Everyone always talk about you must must do to get six pack abs. Well, now it’s time for me to show you guys what you must not do to get a six-pack.

In the past, I spend countless hours doing exercises and other weird stuff in the hopes of getting a six-pack. But many of the things I was doing were just a waste of time and actually made my waste bigger.

So stop what you are doing and check out the right ways to get six-pack abs.

Your abs are just like any other muscles, the more you train them the bigger they get. Make sure your not over doing them because it might make your stomach look bigger.

The key to having a symmetrically build body is to make sure you are working out everybody part evenly and not only focusing on your favorite parts.
