Take Control Of What Makes You A Man:

Hey, guys. Clark Bartram here and I got some questions for you… Are you a man over 40? Have you been struggling with your belly fat? Do you not know what workouts to do? Are you confused by all the information out there on the internet?

This relationship between Batman and The Joker is an age-old struggle between a protagonist and antagonist – the hero and the villain. Let me explain:

1:15 – You may not know it, but you have been your own protagonist and antagonist. What I mean by that is when you first identify your problem, i.e. low test, belly fat, fatigue, etc. you immediately go on the hunt for an answer to fixing those problems. What happens once you get those answers is a mental battle within yourself to either pony up and make changes or admit defeat and never start to try.

2:02 – We men get in our own way and cause our own problems. I’ve coached men all over the world that are from all walks of life, and I can say that no matter what we are our own worst enemy, or in this case, antagonist. By that, I mean we eat the things we know we shouldn’t neglect the workouts and physical activity we should be doing, and literally hold ourselves back from doing and being better.

2:31 – First off, I want to help you guys start eating right. I, as a man over 50, and with 30+ years of experience in fitness, know exactly just what us older men need to be eating. I and my team have done the research and know the foods you need to be eating to boost your testosterone as well as the foods to eat to suppress estrogen levels. I also understand the foods you go to first for comfort and the foods that make you feel guilty after eating. I’ve been there, done that, and am right there with you.
