Simple 5 Minute Test-Boosting Soup Recipe | Make Kale Delicious

I was once down in the dumps with the “testosterone blues” so to speak, just like some of you guys out there. Luckily, I managed to learn about all these key factors, nutrients and foods we men over 40 NEED to be eating to support our testosterone health. This recipe that I came up with goes back to how important it is to not only eat food that is good FOR you, but that is delicious and enjoyable.

The main ingredient in this soup is going to be kale. In kale is indole-3-carbinol found in cruciferous greens which can help decrease secretion of estrogen, therefore increase testosterone production in the body. Kale is packed with vitamin A, C and K as well as calcium and iron. Being high in fiber, Kale also helps with digestion. Helping to fit sickness, kale also reduces inflammation – the basis of all sickness within the body.

I understand that If you hate the taste of a certain food, it makes it that much harder to get the right foods you NEED in order to support your hormone system, especially when it comes to boosting your test levels. That’s why we went all-out in designing the TestMax Nutrition System.

organic chicken broth
1 can of organic diced tomato
1 large diced white onion
grass-fed Portuguese chorizo
1 small can of organic tomato paste
1/4 cup minced garlic
cayenne pepper
1 can organic kidney beans
Your choice of an organic grass-fed meat
1 large handful of kale.

Place all these test-boosting ingredients in crock pot and set it to high. Make sure to set the timer for 6 hours.

This soup is SO good, and the crazy thing is that it’s good FOR you.
