Killer Workout ANYONE Can Do!

And to kick it off, here’s an INSANE 700 rep bodyweight workout you can get started with…

Here’s how to do it:

300 pushups
200 bodyweight squats
200 crunches

…and that’s it! Do each exercise as many times as you can, and then take a break. Do as many sets as you need to to reach 200 reps (or 300 reps on the pushups.)
