Hey guys, in this video I’m going to show you how you can build your chest and triceps muscles by using just a pair of dumbbells. This is a great workout that you can do right at home especially if you don’t have access to a gym.
Floor Dumbbell Flys – 10 reps
Incline Dumbbell Push Ups – As many reps as you possible
Flex and Squeeze – Squeeze your chest for 10 sec
Repeat 8 times
Overhead Dumbbell Extension – 10-15 reps
Chair Dips – As many reps as you can
Flex and Squeeze – Squeeze your triceps for 10 sec
Repeat 8 times
Training chest and triceps together has always been one of my favorites. They work so well together, it just makes sense to combined them. The main focus today is to make sure we squeeze out the extra muscles at the lock out of each exercise, this way we will really bring the nice definitions out on our arms and chest.
