The Barbell From Hell Challenge (Evil Fat Burning Workout)



How normal guys get in killer shape:

Hey guys what’s up, today I am going to be hitting my “Barbell from Hell” workout where we’ll be performing some of the most effective 4 barbell exercises back-to-back…

The idea of this workout is to choose a weight that will allow you to move through all 4 moves for 10 reps each, without stopping – no loading and unloading the bar here. This means you’ll probably need to go a little lighter than usual for these exercises.

If you are a pro with a barbell, then challenge yourself by keeping your hands locked on the bar, without dropping it between exercises.

Workout Breakdown:
Perform 3 rounds of the following 4 exercises
1.) alternating front loaded lunges
2.) barbell roll outs (core)
3.) standing military press
4.) stiff leg barbell deadlifts

Now, if you need to take 30 to 60 seconds of rest between each round, do so, but keep in mind: The shorter the rest breaks, the more overall calorie burn you’ll experience.
