Real people don’t have time to eat out of tupperware all the time. So in this video I want to share what you can do if you are busy all the time.

1:13 – The first thing you can do it start your morning with a light stretch. 5-10 minutes of stretching will drop your cortisol hormone down, which will assist you to more easily burn off excess body fat.

2:00 – Next, you need to drink water. Drinking water will improve your fat burning metabolism and allow you to detox; ridding your body of harmful fat-binding chemicals will be a huge help when it comes to shedding off excess body weight.

2:20 – And then, you need to hit the gym. I know, if you are a morning or evening lifter, this may be tough for you but believe me, it’s the best thing for those who have slammed schedules. It will set the tone for the day and also rev your metabolism into a calorie burning furnace.

3:07 – I also would advise you to begin intermittent fasting. This method will increase your body’s ability to burn fat and also boost your HGH levels, which will unlock your body’s full potential.

6:18 – You can break your fast with some starch and fructose. This would look like some fruit juice or some rice. Wait about 10-15 minutes then introduce some protein.
