High Intensity Circuit Training Workout



1 weird way to get rock solid abs.

In today’s video, I have some high intensity circuit training for you to do. We are doing some simple exercises today, but we are going to add some weights to make it more intense. This exercise will take your body one step closer to getting ripped.

Workout breakdown:

*Wear a backpack with weights in it and you can use anything to give it weight.

5 Rounds

Push ups 10-20 reps

Squats 10-20 reps

Pull ups max out

Minute rest between sets

Let’s get it done!
