This Victorias Secret model workout will help you get lean and toned just like a Victoria Secret angel. This Victoria Secret Cardio workout has two parts to it, each being 6 minutes long. Each exercise in this angel workout is done for 30 seconds before switching to the other in the pair. They are repeated 6 total times. There is no rest in between exercises in this vsx workout. After you complete 6 minutes in part 1 of this victoria secret workout, move on to part 2.
Below are the exercises that make up this model body workout:
Part 1)
1) Mountain Climbers (30 seconds)
2) Jump Lunges (30 seconds)
Repeat this for a total of 6 minutes with no rest in between exercises.
Part 2)
1) Walking Pushups
2) Jump Squats
Repeat this for a total of 6 minutes with no rest in between exercises.
