In partnership with FaveDiets, I once again worked out my frustration on the chicken by using the paillard cooking method. It made for a really tender and quick recipe. Not finishing the chicken on the stove kept most of the juices in the chicken, and the honey mustard sauce really completed the dish. With the apple cider vinegar in the sauce, it had just the right amount of twang as well.

Ingredients:
4 large chicken breasts
3/4 cup LC honey mustard sauce (check out for the recipe)
Dash Paprika
2 oz cheese
