3 Rounds/ 30 Secs A Round/ 30 Seconds Rest/ Switch With Buddy

Exercises: Leg Raises/ Sit Ups/ Hanging Leg Raises

2:01 For the leg raises you want to grab on your buddies ankles and have him push your legs down with force, so you can contract your abs.

2:32 Each person does 3 rounds of leg raises.

6:14 Each person does 3 rounds of sit ups.

10:56 Each person does 3 rounds of leg raises.
