THE MOST INTENSE AB EXERCISE EVER — THE HUMAN FLAG

THE MOST INTENSE AB EXERCISE EVER — THE HUMAN FLAG

Video

Description

Full body strength, ripped abs:

Hey guys,

It’s Henry here today and I’ve got a buddy here that’s gonna teach us how to do one of the toughest ab exercises out there… The human flag.

This is my man Mike D. And he’ll be showing us how it’s done today.

So one of the things you need to be able to do the human flag is of course, a lot of upper body and ab strength, but also a high strength to weight ratio. That means that being heavier or having more body fat is going to weigh you down or make it tougher unless you’re insanely strong and can handle that extra weight.

This exercise hits your obliques, your biceps, triceps, back, shoulders….I mean pretty much everything except your legs. So if you can master the whole human flag right at first, there are a few beginner moves you can do.

You can do a shortened version of it where you’re using your elbow to prop yourself up a little bit, and then you can even bring your legs closer to the bar to help yourself out more.

To practice, I recommend doing pull ups, side/oblique crunches either hanging or with a weight on your side, and continue the rest of your normal routine as well because you’re gonna need to be hitting all your muscles pretty hard.

You already able to do the human flag? Tag us in a photo on Facebook or Instagram, @officialsixpackshortcuts!

Now it might take some time, but if you need a hand with the training, don’t forget you can get an entire full body training system right here:

Thanks for watching today, keep it locked in at Six Pack Shortcuts, and don’t forget to share this video with your friends!

Peace,

Henry
