It’s Mike Chang here with the Six Pack Shortcut’s crew, and today is FLEX FRIDAY. Today I’m going to take you through my sled training workout, and it’s going to get you completely ripped!

Workout breakdown:

Note: If you don’t have a sled, find an alternative. For example: A car or what ever you can find. But please make sure you stay safe and under careful supervision. Last thing, make sure you don’t destroy anything.

Round 1: 1:36 Make sure you pick a safe place away form traffic to do this. For me, one round will be from my starting position to the speed bump and back. and we’e going to do 7 rounds.
