What’s up guys,

It’s Mike and today we’re going to be doing a crazy shoulder workout with some cardio. This workout will not only help you build solid muscle mass, it will also help you get the shredded stomach of your dreams.

Workout breakdown:
0:15 There are going to be three stations and you are going to need two sets of dumbells… one set should be slightly heavier than the other.

4 Rounds of Each Station and 10 Reps Per Excercise

Station 1: Shoulder Presses
Station 2: Side Laterals (Where you should use the lighter weight)
Station 3: Burpees
Station 4: Weighted Jack-Knives

0:52: We are doing a giant set, or a big ass set. We want this workout to be intense, so no rest.

**1:15: Here is how you get ripped toes.

Remember do ten reps of each exercise and then move on to the next station. Rotate in order until you complete 4 rounds.
