Introducing Six Pack Shortcuts Newest Trainer: Nate Bran

Hey guys, what’s up it’s Nate here with Six Pack Shortcuts and if you have been tuning in weekly, you may have noticed many new trainers on the Six Pack Shortcuts channel… Well, that’s because we’ve made it our mission to give all of you the widest variety of fitness information, workout styles and nutrition practices possible so that you can get the exact results you are looking for, the fastest and most effective way possible.

So without further ado, I wanted to just briefly introduce myself to all of you guys out there so you can get a feel for who I am and why you should take the time to listen.

0:07 – Well I got into fitness when I was 14 years old and it became something I ultimately believed in. From BMX, roller blading to football – fitness, overall, was something that I knew I needed to stay involved with.

0:26 – When I was growing up, I didn’t have a lot of money – Now, my family always had food on the table for me so that I was taken care of but my dad worked two jobs and my mom worked over night.

0:40 – Why do I want the world to know who I am and my message is this: I want to give you all the tools to achieve your goals without needing pricey gym memberships or personal training. I personally want to help all of you here and now on the Six Pack Shortcuts channel with the correct information and training tips that you need to succeed.

1:15 – I know the feeling of trying to achieve results. I know the struggle – and I thank my parents and God for what they did for me in order to allow me to now pass my experiences on to you guys!

1:45 – My parents always told me that if I had the ability to help somebody… then DO IT. So that’s exactly what I am here to do!

Thanks again for tuning in, everyone. I can’t even begin to describe how excited I am to be able to influence all of you to transform your physiques with the proper training and nutrition principles that I practice. I’ve got to be honest – I have come a VERY long way myself. I lost over 30lbs of excess body fat during my own personal transformation last year and was able to do so with a fitness plan that I built for myself.
