53 Year Old Man Pushes 2,900 lb Corvette (The “No Gym, No Problem” Workout)

Hey guys I am here today right outside of the Six Pack Shortcuts official gym to demonstrate that you don’t need a gym to get ripped six pack abs.
I brought my ‘vette up here and I am going to demonstrate how you guys can literally use the most uncommon objects as your own personal gyms… Take my Corvette for example… This beauty can be transformed into a six pack making machine, and I am going to show you just how you can do that right now in my “COREvette” ab circuit workout…
But before I get into today’s workout, I wanted to let you guys know about a really cool project I’m working on…

Corvette Workout breakdown: 3 rounds of the following 3 moves —
60 seconds of reverse exhaust pipe crunches
60 seconds of door frame push-up crunches
Muscle car pushes for 30 seconds down, 30 seconds back
1:52 – 60 seconds of reverse exhaust pipe crunches. You can switch it up and do bicycles or even flutter kicks here. And it doesn’t have to be a car, place your hands under a bed or a couch to get the same effect.
3:15 – 60 seconds of door frame push-up crunches. These are great for sculpting your core, and you don’t need a gym or any fancy equipment to do this exercise. Use a sturdy chair to elevate your feet and get the same ab chiseling effect.
4:10 – Muscle car pushes for 30 seconds down, 30 seconds back. This is 2,900 lbs of pure American muscle, guys… Pushing furniture or if you have a weight sled, makes for a great full body fat loss workout in itself!
