4 Min to a HOT BODY Workout
My BODYPOP outfit: Possibly one of the craziest 4 min POP Pilates challenges I’ve ever done. This one is difficult, so please do the beginner variation until your become stronger. Also, if your elbows are sensitive, you can replace the “down down up up” part with a pushup which will allow you to stay on your palms the whole time. This combo works your total body! You will be toning up everything PLUS burning fat with that little plank jack at the end of the combo. Have fun!
