If you wanna set a strong and successful tone for the day, start your morning off with some delish breakfast! I know a lot of us don’t have time, so I made sure to show you breakfast ideas that are not only nutritious but also super quick and easy to make. Oh yes and they are all 28 Day Reset approved!

You ready!!?? Let’s cook!!!

#1. Healthy Eggs Benedict


– 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
– 1 tbsp garlic seasoning
– sea salt & pepper
– 2 1/2 inch slices polenta
– 2 slices Canadian bacon
– 2 eggs
– 2 slices avocado

#2. Simple Apple Pancakes


– 1/2 small apple
– 2 eggs
– 2 tbsp almond flour
– 2 tbsp coconut flour
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 3 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
– 1tsp nut butter

#3. Cherry Almond Pudding


– 2/3 c non-dairy milk
– 2/3 c frozen cherries
– 1/4 c rolled oats
– 2 tbsp chia seeds
– Stevia
– 1 tbsp silvered almonds
