What we’re gonna do is a nice interval workout in the gym today to really focus on burning off excess body fat as well as build some quality, lean muscle.

So, let me break down the exercises we’re doing today:

1:38 – Walking Barbell Lunges: Execute 5 steps forward, then 5 steps backward.

3:51 – Dumbbell Push Presses: 10 reps

5:19 – Goblet Squats: 10 reps

6:45 – How To Setup This Workout At The Gym

7:38 – Muscles Being Trained In The Workout

Take a 30-second break after you complete the exercises back-to-back in a round.

To complete the whole workout, you’ll do a total of 3 rounds.
