One of the reasons Japanese are the thinnest and women have the most beautiful skin is that Japanese care not just what they eat but even eating order.

Here is my dinner in hot spring hotel in Japan. Each dish is served one by one.

Basically, you should eat 1. vegetable, 2. protein and 3. carbohydrate.

By eating raw vegetables first, you get enzyme to digest the next food. More importantly vegetables make you feel full quicker. I’ve got lot to go to protein next.

Here is some fish. AFter the lot’s of vegetables, protein was finally served.

Lastly, carbohydrate. Because you already ate vegetables and protein, they become like cushion to receive sugar in the carbohydrate. That slows down insulin spike.

Insulin spike stores fat and damages collagen. It’s too long to explain why those happen, but anyway remember insulin spike by taking high glycamic index like carbohydrate stores fat and damages skin.

ALways, start with vegetables, next protein and finally carbohydrate.
