My very first 1 hour long dance workout. It is made of several dance videos, some of which do not belong to me! (scroll down for full list)

! If you are a beginner (have never done these kind of workouts and don’t exercise often), do only HALF of the video. It’s important you don’t overwork your body. Do the other half the next day.

!! Make sure you take breaks whenever you need to (listen to your body) and drink plenty of water during the workout. (If at any point you start feeling dizzy, sick or you feel a sharp pain anywhere, stop. Take a break and get back to it when you feel better.)

!!! NEVER skip the warm up and cool down (doing these will prevent any kind of injuries and your body won’t ache as much the next day!)
