The most perfect way to start your day! Get your body awake and ready to go.

Many people wonder if starting your day with a hard workout or a yoga practice is better? Both exercise and practices are great and I would recommend if you have the time to do both (first workout then yoga). However, most of us don’t have that amount of time therefore a great combination of yoga and strengthening exercises will be the best way to get those results you want.
