I’ve never posted anything like this before on my channel; it’s new and sometimes new can be scary. I hope you guys enjoy this video, it’s a montage that explains my story and why I am passionate about my #FitWithJack series. I didn’t create this series to be the next fitness guru, nor did I create this series because I consider myself fit. I created it to encourage and inspire girls to love working out and love the journey of getting healthy for all the right reasons. I want to encourage everyone to motivate themselves and not let society’s standards of beauty knock you down. You are so beautiful and powerful. You don’t need magazines or tv to tell you that, just confidence in yourself and the courage to do what feels right to you. Thank you so much for watching, I truly truly hope you enjoy this video.
