E-volve Fitness Studio offers a unique design of exercises in the form of high intensity metabolic intervals. Some classes are created to push you beyond your level of comfort, while others are to teach form and build strength. We only offer individual sessions or small group training so that we can offer a mix of members from beginner to advanced within one session. As professionals, we are able to modify and intensify exercises based on each members individual needs’ so they are able to progress at a gradual pace.
