Alternate Dumbbell Curl
4 sets of 8-10 reps

Alternate Dumbbell Curl on INCLINE BENCH
3 sets of 12 reps

Close Grip Preacher Curl
6 sets of 8 reps

Low Pully Bicep Curl
4 sets of 12 reps

Arnold Dumbbell Press
3 sets of 12 reps

Military Barbell Press
6 sets of 8 reps

Front Raises using EZ Curl Bar
3 sets of 12 reps

Upright Rows using EZ Curl Bar
3 sets of 8-12 reps
