PowerTramp training gives you an aerobic workout that improves cardiovascular fitness whilst simultaneously being kind to the joints. As well as the benefits of increased stamina, Powertramp incorporates weights alongside traditional stability exercises to make for a fun, challenging and exciting routine. PowerTramp is performed to music and is a great way to burn unwanted calories and lose weight. This practical course will teach you how to instruct the various components of the typical PowerTramp class, that include the traditional warm up, main phase aerobic workout, strength training and cool down. You will learn all of the various exercises and movements, which comprise each section of the class including modifications, adaptations and contraindications where appropriate. Learn the choreography for the one hour lesson plan so that you can teach a flowing PowerTramp class in the traditional format.
