0:33 – Overhead Dumbbell Triceps Press
This is a good triceps exercise, and is one of the best exercises with dumbbells. In the video Troy demonstrates how to execute perform form, and break down those triceps muscle fibers. You should be performing 3 sets of 8 repetitions for this triceps workout.
1:30 – Dumbbell Triceps Kickbacks
This one is going to burn. You will be contracting your triceps muscles to their maximum exertion throughout this exercise movement. Troy demonstrates the exercise with perfect form and says you should be doing 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
2:23 – Ez Bar Skull Crush
This one is a classic triceps workout. You will be using an ez bar for this exercise. Watch the video as Troy demonstrates how to do an Ez Bar skull crush to build his tricep muscles. Perform 3 sets of 8-10 repetitions.
