3) Single arm back row

4) Single arm shoulder press

5) Tricep Extension to Hip Thrust
15 reps
6) Single leg deadlift
10 reps/side
7) Chest press
15 reps
8) Ab rollout
10 reps/side
Repeat 3-4 more times! GREAT WORK!
