Hi guys! Here is a fitness/health related Q & A with my personal trainer Kayla Anderson! I asked you to ask us some questions on instagram and we tried to answer as many as we could! I have been signed up with Kayla and her online sessions for about 18 weeks now and I can see great results all over my body- My goal is to build up my muscle and tone up (I have always been quite tall and skinny). I have always wanted to have more curves and grow the booty and Kayla is helping me to do just that! I have also gained more knowledge on health and nutrition and feel so much more fit, healthy and happy!

Kayla does online personal training sessions where she can send exercise and food plans to you to meet your goals and you can have fortnightly skype calls with her to talk about your progress/ask any questions etc. (You can live anywhere in the world to get her online sessions!) Also you send through measurements and body pictures so she can keep up with your progress! She also does in gym personal training sessions and 6 week booty camps for 6 weeks if you live around the Tauranga/Papamoa New Zealand area. She will help to make your dreams a reality and help you to achieve your goals quicker!
