This bodyweight workout will target your upper body, lower body, and abs! I’m going to share with you some of my all time favorite bodyweight moves. I love bodyweight moves because they can be done anywhere! This can be an at home workout or a gym workout. This workout is in a HIIT training style. I love HIIT because the workouts are short BUT you will burn so many calories! So give this HIIT cardio workout a try!

BODYWEIGHT WORKOUT:
30 seconds: mtn climbers
30 seconds: plank push-ups
30 seconds: push-up with a leg lift
30 seconds: side plank with leg lift
30 seconds: side v-ups
30 seconds: walk out to push-up
30 seconds: pulse to jump squat
30 seconds: reverse lunge to ab crunch
