The Workout:
-10 minutes-incline 15-speed 3
-5 minutes-incline 15-speed 2.5 (backwards walking)
-5 minutes-incline 15-speed 2.5 (forward lunges)
-5 minutes-incline 15-speed 2.5 (backwards walking)
-5 minutes split up on either side-incline 10-speed 1.5 (sideways walking)
