Using a pair of light DUMBBELLS, we’re toning up and building cardio endurance with a handful of LOW IMPACT (but high intensity!) exercises. (see full exercise breakdown below)

WARM UP (timer is set for intervals of 20 seconds and 10 seconds; repeat each exercise unweighted for two work intervals):
Walking
Double Knees
Frog Reaches
Rainbow Jacks

MAIN WORKOUT (timer is set for intervals of 20 seconds and 10 seconds; repeat each exercise for eight work intervals in a row before moving on to the next exercise; all exercises are weighted):
Walking (two dumbbells)
Double Knees (one or two dumbbells)
Frog Reaches (one or two dumbbells)
Rainbow Jacks (one or two dumbbells)

FINISHER (complete eight work intervals with weights and the “rest” intervals without weights; there is NO REST):
Toy Soldiers
