In our Cycle 2 of the Intermediate series we will do Back workout routine for that V shape look. This is a great back workout to increase mass. Make sure that you start with our first cycle 5 days before you work on this, do the cycle for 3 weeks before you move to a new cycle.
Make sure you stretch before workout.
Following is what we performed in this routine:
Pull Ups
4 Sets of 10 Reps
One Arm Row (Incline Bench)
6 Sets of 12 Reps
Bend Over Barbell Row
6 Sets of 12 Reps
Close Grip Row
3 Sets of 12 Reps
Mid Grip Row (Reverse Grip)
3 Sets of 12 Reps
Wide Grip Row
3 Sets of 12 Reps
Behind the Neck Pull Down
4 Sets of 12 Reps
