Circuit 1:
Crunch weighted ball pass – timed 60 sec
Walking Lunge (body weight) – 30 reps each leg
Plie squat jump – 30 reps
Sprint on treadmill – 30 sec
Repeat 3x
Circuit 2:
Reverse crunch w/ weight ball – 30 reps
Single leg reverse lunge hop – 20 reps each leg
Russian twist w/ weighted ball – 30 reps each side
Sprint on tredill – 30 sec
Repeat 3x
Circuit 3:
Weighted ball regular crunch – 30 reps
Single leg step up on bench – 20 reps each leg
Mountain climber – 30 reps each side
Sprint on treadmill – 30 sec
Repeat 3x
