It’s Mike and today we’re going to be doing a VERY High Intensity back workout. This workout will not only help you build solid muscle mass, it will also help you get ripped because you guessed it… no rest!
Workout breakdown:
15 minute workout
Do as many reps of each exercise and move onto the next move.
You can write down your reps after each exercise so you can keep track.
4 Exercises
Dead Lifts
Upright Rows
Burpees
Pull-ups
Press play and let’s do this man!
Remember do as many reps as you can and really push yourself.
