Hey guys what’s up Clark here to show you guys how you can actually get a ripped six pack by just sitting around… Ok, so there’s a little more to it than just sitting – but I’m going to show you guys how to do one of the most effective ab exercises that is equipment free… It’s called the “L-Sit”.

Workout Breakdown:

3:30 – Do 3 sets of 20 second knee tuck holds elevating body weight with hands on the bench (minimal rest between each)
– Do 3 sets of 10 seated V-leg extensions (minimal rest)
– Do 3 sets of 10 full L-sits (begin in knee tuck elevating body weight with hands on the bench, extend legs, repeat)

4:09 – Keep in mind that the longer your legs are, the harder this exercise will be when you perform it with your legs straight!

5:08 – So you see, the best thing about the L-Sit is that it’s more than just an exercise to get a six pack – Once you get this exercise down, you’ll notice that it’s almost like an “all-in-one” move, because your shoulders, triceps, biceps as well as your hip flexors are getting a lot of work while your core is getting built.
