Lift & Squeeze! Drop it low without touching the floor, lift, & squeeze for a few seconds. Repeat as many as you can using a weight you're comfortable with. Your ass will burn! I need a heavier weight, but use what I have. I love doing these and feel the burn more then with squats! I apologize for the pic it's hard doing this & taking a pic. :0)
