Description
Exercise Ball Thigh Press — Lying on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground, put the medicine ball between your knees. Lift your butt off the ground and focus on keeping your core tight while remaining as straight as you can–don’t let your butt droop towards the floor. Slowly squeeze your knees together for 30 seconds then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat 3 times.
