Hi my friends! Whos not in love with middle splits? good things take time patience and consistency… we all know that! So being that said Im sharing with you how I prepare for it… for me its still a work in progress! I start with butterfly pose engaging glutei to push the knees down. Adding a twist and pushing with hands adds a bit more to the stretch. Then the frog pose this feels rather intense so make sure youre well warmed up. Relaxing at the wall waiting for gravity to do its job feels g
